Welcome to Jennie-Ellen’s webshop and thank you for considering shopping in our online store! 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We currently ship to over 50 countries and continually add more. Please select your country from the drop-down list in the checkout section after which you will be informed of the expected delivery time and shipping cost. Please contact us at contact@jennie-ellen.com if your country is not on the list as we might be able to add your country to the list or ship to you as a special order. 
  • All orders are processed at Jennie-Ellen’s warehouse in Stockholm and all items are shipped via recorded delivery and thus traceable
  • Remember to bring a valid ID when collecting your package
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched
  • Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address reported in the order is correct
  • Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase. If you have not received a confirmation email within 3 working days from your purchase, please check your junk mail. If not there, kindly contact us at contact@jennie-ellen.com. Please check that the order information, size and color are correct.


SAFE PAYMENT OPTIONS

At jennie-ellen.com we offer safe and secure payment service via Klarna and Paypal. 

Klarna: At the moment this payment option is only available to Swedish customers. 

You can choose to pay by Klarna Invoice or split your payment in 3-24 months with Klarna Part Payments and Campaigns.

PayPal: PayPal is a virtual wallet, a convenient and easy way to shop online. To use PayPal as a payment method at our webshop you must first open a PayPal account at PayPal.

You can also choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and many other credit cards via PayPal, in which case no PayPal account is required.

SHIPPING – DOMESTIC (WITHIN SWEDEN)

Jennie-Ellen uses DHL Service point for all freights within Sweden. Delivery time is normally 1-4 working days, depending on destination and what time of day the order is made. You will receive a text message or email when the package is ready to be picked up at your local collection point. Please state your mobile number when placing your order.

If the nearest collection point is far away from your address we will contact you before we carry out the shipment and ask if you would prefer another method of shipment. If you already know what DHL collection point you prefer, or if no place is close to you, please let us know by email at contact@jennie-ellen.com or leave a message to us when placing your order.

For packages that are not collected at your Service point location within 14 days, Jennie-Ellen reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 180 SEK to cover return administration/shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF SWEDEN)

It’s important that you let us know if the address you state in your order is your work place address. If so, we need to include the name of the company on the freight label so the courier won’t have a problem with the delivery. If it’s a home address, it’s important that the name, as stated as recipient in the order, is on the door/mailbox.

Please also let us know if there’s any further information that could be helpful for a successful delivery such as access code to the building, floor level etc.

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is received and a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment so you can easily keep track of your order.

International orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx or Swedish Mail from our warehouse in Stockholm. You will be informed of the shipping rate and expected delivery time to your destination in the checkout section after selecting your country.

Please note that UPS and FedEx requires a signature when leaving the package to you. The couriers usually operate between 8 am - 6 pm so if you’re at work during these hours you should use your work place address instead.

If you are not available for the first delivery attempt, the courier might deliver to a nearby collection point if available. If no nearby place is available they will make two more delivery attempts the following days. You will be informed after each failed attempt so you can contact them and update with necessary information for a successful delivery.

Please remember to bring a valid ID when picking up the package from the collection point or local post office.

PRICES & TAXES

Prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. The price in the store does not include the cost of shipping which is added at the Checkout.

No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Copyright in the documents provided on the Site (including, without limitation, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, photos, designs, icons, images, data and software) are owned by or licensed to us or our affiliates.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by jennie-ellen.com as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to jennie-ellen.com and Tictail and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request jennie-ellen.com to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting jennie-ellen.com’s Terms and Conditions, you agree to the above.

Payment

All products remain Jennie-Ellen’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs are recognized before purchase confirmation is made. If you are under 18 years of age you must have parent’s permission to buy from jennie-ellen.com

All transfers conducted through jennie-ellen.com are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made. 

Cookies

jennie-ellen.com uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, cannot contain viruses and occupy virtually no space on your hard drive. Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on jennie-ellen.com. If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the items, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.

Liability

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this Contract is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. Jennie-Ellen is not responsible for any indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage. 

Force Majeure

Events outside Jennie-Ellen’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that jennie-ellen.com is released from jennie-ellen.com obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc. 

Governing Law

The Terms and Conditions as well as all disputes and claims arising hereof and of using or shopping on the Site shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal rights and/or requirements for you. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of the Site. 

Additional Information

Jennie-Ellen reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of a product being sold out, Jennie-Ellen has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Jennie-Ellen shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available. 


GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY INFORMATION

  • Please note that we have a 14 days return and exchange policy. You must inform us that you would like to return your item within 14 days after you have received the package. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
  • Before you send your item back to us you need to send an e-mail to contact@jennie-ellen.com. You will then receive return instructions by e-mail. Do not ship anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.  
  • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface in order to keep the soles of the shoes intact in case you want to exchange or return them
  • All refunds will be carried out primarily through the same payment option you used for your purchase. Expect the refund within 4-10 working days from the date that the package reached us


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY - DOMESTIC (WITHIN SWEDEN)

If you wish to change to another size

Please contact us at contact@jennie-ellen.com and we will give you instructions on how to change the item and send a return label that you can use to send the item back to us. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will send the new product.  

We will pay for the return shipment and cost of sending the new product if we have the size you want to change to in stock. If the size is not available we will make a full refund to you after deducting a shipping fee of 58 SEK to cover part of the cost that incurred by shipping the product.  

Please be advised that the cost for returning our products (58 SEK) only applies if you use our postage labels and delivery service. If you choose not to use this service you will have to arrange the shipping of the product back to us at your own expense and risk.  

Please note that you are always welcome to exchange size or carry out a return in our shop in Stockholm at Kungstensgatan 27. Please email us before at contact@jennie-ellen.com so we can find a suitable time.

If you wish to return a product

Please contact us at contact@jennie-ellen.com and we will give you instructions on how to return the item and send a return label that you can use to send the item back to us. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will make a full refund to you after deducting a shipping fee of 58 SEK to cover part of the cost that incurred by shipping the product.

Please be advised that the cost for returning our products (58 SEK) only applies if you use our postage labels and delivery service. If you choose not to use this service you will have to arrange the shipping of the product back to us at your own expense and risk.

Please note that you are always welcome to exchange size or carry out a return in our shop in Stockholm at Kungstensgatan 27. Please email us before at contact@jennie-ellen.com so we can find a suitable time.


Faulty or incorrect goods

If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report to the courier staff when you receive it. If any product you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered we will ship a new product, if available in stock, as soon as we have received the product and approved the return. If the product is not available we will make a full refund to you.

Unclaimed packages

For packages that are not collected at your service point location within 14 days, Jennie-Ellen reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 180 SEK to cover return administration/shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
